6 Body Scrubs With Rice

  • 1/2 cup of unwashed white rice (50 g).
  • 3 teaspoons of organic coconut oil (15 g).

Preparation

  • Take the rice and grind it into a powder.
  • Mix it with the tablespoon of coconut oil.

Preparation

  • Cook the 6 tablespoons of brown rice with plenty of water.
  • Grind the 50 grams of rice and beat together with the cooked rice until obtaining a smooth cream.

  • Add the spoon of pure honey and mix.
  • Then, with all the ingredients correctly mixed, add the tablespoon of milk and beat.
  • Once everything is well mixed and a cream has been achieved, let it rest until cool.
  • Apply with firm but circular movements on the skin of the face. Rinse with lukewarm water.

3. Rice and oat scrub

This is another of the rice scrubs that provides softness to the skin. In addition, it is perfect for pampering the skin, as it helps to relieve redness and inflammation that it may present.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice (200 g).
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal (130 g).
  • 4 cups of drinking water (1 liter).
  • 5 drops of essential oil preferably.

Preparation

  • If the rice is not organic, it would be best to wash it.
  • Let the rice and oatmeal soak for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • Strain and squeeze well to remove all the water.
