  • In a separate bowl, mix the spread cheese, condensed milk, milk and eggs and beat with the mixer until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold over the caramel.
  • Microwave for 15 minutes at 750 W. When done, microwave for 5 minutes before removing.
  • You can go by stopping the microwave and poking with a needle to check the doneness.

Option 2: Microwave cheese flan with biscuits

  • 1 glass of milk
  • 4 eggs

    • 370 g of condensed milk
    • 2 measures of the can of whole milk condensed milk
    • Vanilla extract (optional)
    • 1 glass of sugar
    • 1 glass of water
    • Lemon juice

    Elaboration

    • Beat the eggs just enough to combine.
    • Add the condensed milk without beating and the vanilla extract.
    • Add the two cans of milk, beating lightly to combine.
    • Strain it into another container to mix well, stirring if necessary so that the ingredients do not separate.
    • Place the sugar, water and a few drops of lemon juice in a microwave-safe flan mold. (If it is made in individual molds, there are 3 teaspoons of sugar, 3 of water and two drops of lemon juice per mold).
    • Mix the sugar and water well and place the ramekins on the edge of the microwave turntable. If it is a single mold, in the center. Heat on medium power for 3 minutes and then for 30 seconds in 30 seconds until the caramel is golden brown.
    • Fill the molds with the condensed milk mixture and return to the microwave.
    • Heats at 350-500W for 14-17 minutes. At 14 minutes you can stop the microwave and heat from 30 seconds to 30 seconds, until it is done.
    • Lastly, let it cool in the microwave and then in the fridge. When cool it will curdle, so you don’t have to go overboard with the microwave.

As you can see, it is very simple and fast to prepare. You can also add other ingredients to the recipe such as cookies. You will love the result.
