Elaboration
- To start, wash the mushrooms and sauté them with olive oil in a pan. Also, season to taste and cook until they have a soft texture and change color to a soft brown.

Cauliflower and mushroom soup

Ingredients
- ½ kg of cauliflower
- 1 glass of milk (200 ml)
- 2 cups of broth (500 ml)
- 250 g of mushrooms
- 100g cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- Peppermint
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
- Olive oil
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt
Elaboration
- First, cut the cauliflower leaves into bunches, pass them through a saucepan with milk and salt until tender (about 20 minutes). Then cut the mushrooms and garlic into slices.
- Next, put olive oil in a pan and sauté both. Also, add the ginger, pepper and mint.
- Then add the cauliflower, the broth and a little more olive oil. When it is warm or cold, blend in the mixer until a cream is left.

Mushroom and poached egg lasagna

Ingredients
- 8 sheets of precooked lasagna
- 800 g of mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 2 garlic
- ½ kilo of tomatoes
- Sliced cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of wine (20 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of oregano (10 g)
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Sugar
- Olive oil
Elaboration
- To start, chop the tomatoes in brunoise and the sliced mushrooms. In addition, the garlic is very fine as well.
- Then, soak the lasagna sheets.
- Then, in a pan, add olive oil to sauté the garlic, then the mushrooms and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add a little sugar to eliminate the acidity of the tomato.
